Support plans are the next step after we wrap up your website design, it’s like having me and my team as a permanent(ish) part of your team.
This is for ongoing website support to help you continue to grow your business, get better results from your store, and take some of the stress off of your plate!
Email support within 24-48 hours not including weekends and holidays
Design and layout changes
Adding new pages, blog posts, and product listings
Tech support (aka fix this I broke it!)
Implementing new features and plugins
Connecting programs to website (example: connecting new email provider)
Graphic design for marketing materials or sales campaigns
Monthly check-in by email to see if you need anything
Does not include:
Brand design or logo design
Setting up third—party software (We’ll connect your new email provider but you have to set it up.)
Tech support outside of website platforms (Example – We don’t offer tutorials for social media beyond how it works with your website)
Copywriting of any sort. We’ll make it look pretty, but don’t count on us to tell you the right words or spot the typos.
Keyword Research – If you need help with SEO we have another package for that, just let me know.
You are able to cancel at anytime. Additional hours are charged at $115 per hour, pre-approval required. Monthly hours do not rollover month to month, and we do check in with you half way through to help get your time used up.
Best for shop owners who have ongoing promotions, add new listings often, and don’t want to worry about web-related problems. Includes off-site monthly back-ups and monitoring.
2 hr per month – $230 / 4 hrs per month – $460

Best for shop owners who have a to-do list to tackle and need help getting it done, or if you have shop that tends to be busy seasonal. Gives you peace of mind to have someone in your back pocket.
Hours expire after one year – $575
